PRICING

Every package, every price, before you talk to anyone.

Fixed prices for fixed scope. Where the work genuinely can't be fixed in advance — a larger build, an open-ended retainer — the price is stated as "from," with the number reflecting a real minimum, not a hook for a sales call. All prices are ex-VAT.

What a fixed-scope package doesn't cover

Ongoing feature work after a package's stated scope, third-party service costs (hosting, domain, paid APIs) unless explicitly listed in a package's includes, and anything outside the written specification. New scope is always logged and priced as an addendum, never silently added to an invoice.

Need senior capacity against your own roadmap instead of a fixed package?

Team Extension is billed time-and-materials, price on request.

How this actually gets invoiced

  • — All prices shown are ex-VAT. Czech VAT (21%) is added at checkout for customers without a valid EU VAT ID outside Czechia.
  • — If you enter a valid-format EU VAT ID from a country other than Czechia, VAT switches to 0% — reverse charge (Art. 196, EU VAT Directive). We format-check the number; final VAT treatment is confirmed on your invoice.
  • — Fixed-scope packages are invoiced 50% on start, 50% on delivery.
  • — Monthly retainers (Scale Partnership, Maintenance & Support) are invoiced monthly in advance.
  • — Team Extension is billed time-and-materials against an agreed rate, invoiced monthly.
  • — Domestic Czech clients can request an invoice in CZK; the published price remains the reference in EUR.

Frequently asked

Why do some packages say "from" instead of a fixed number?
"Where scope genuinely varies with your specifics (a Full Product Build's number of modules, a Modernization Programme's codebase size), "from" states a real minimum — the Specification step in the Build Log fixes the actual number before work starts, and it's written down, not re-negotiated later.
What if my project doesn't fit neatly into one package?
Most real projects combine two or three — a Design Sprint feeding a Web App Build is common. Tell us the shape of the project on /contact/ and we'll scope it as one engagement with one specification.
Do you require full payment up front?
No. Fixed-scope packages are invoiced 50% on start, 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Can I get a custom quote instead of buying a listed package?
Yes, for genuinely bespoke scope — use the enquiry form on /contact/. For anything matching a published package, Add to Cart is faster for both of us and the price is already fixed.
What happens if I cancel after paying the first 50%?
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy — in short: cancelling 5 or more business days before the agreed start date refunds the deposit in full; inside that window, 50% of the deposit is retained to cover work already committed.
Is the checkout on this site real?
The cart and checkout are fully functional; the payment step is clearly marked as a demonstration — no card details are collected. Orders are recorded and confirmed by our team by email, with the option to pay by invoice / bank transfer, which is the standard route for a business engagement.
