1. Who we are

devexpertsstudio ("we," "us") is a software development studio based at Topolová 1130, 289 23 Milovice nad Labem 1, Czech Republic. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at support@devexpertsstudio.com for any privacy request.

2. What we collect

• When you enquire or order: name, work email, phone number (if you provide it), company name and billing address, and any project details you write into a form.
• When you use the site: technical data collected automatically by the hosting infrastructure (standard web server logs — IP address, browser type, page requested), and, only if you consent, analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (see §5 and the Cookie Policy).
• When you place an order at checkout: the billing details above, plus your selected package(s) and order reference. We do not collect or store card details — the checkout's payment step is a demonstration and does not process real payments (see §7 below and the order-confirmation page).

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or proposal — legitimate interest.
• To fulfil an order you place and provide the engagement you've bought — performance of a contract.
• To issue invoices and meet accounting/tax obligations — legal obligation.
• To understand how the site is used, only after you opt in — consent (Google Analytics 4).

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data. It's shared only with:

• Our hosting provider, to the extent necessary to operate the site.
• Google, as our analytics processor, only if you've consented to analytics cookies (data may be processed outside the EU under Google's standard contractual clauses).
• Where legally required — a tax authority, a court order, or similar.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, and only load it after you actively consent via the cookie banner. If you decline or don't respond, GA4 does not load and no analytics data is collected about your visit. You can change this choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Full detail in the Cookie Policy.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiry and order data: for the duration of any resulting engagement, plus the period required by Czech accounting and tax law for invoicing records (generally up to 10 years for invoices).
• Analytics data: per Google Analytics 4's standard retention settings, capped at 14 months.
• Data from an enquiry that doesn't proceed to an engagement: deleted or anonymised after 24 months of inactivity, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Payment data

The checkout on this site is a demonstration of the purchase flow. We do not collect, transmit, or store payment card details through it. Real orders are confirmed and invoiced directly by our team, with payment handled by invoice/bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct it; request its erasure; restrict or object to our processing of it; receive a copy in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time (which doesn't affect processing already carried out under it). To exercise any of these, email support@devexpertsstudio.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz), or your own country's supervisory authority.

9. Children

This site and its services are directed at businesses and individuals acting in a professional capacity. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
